Wild Wool shall deliver the goods as specified. The customer shall provide payment for the goods prior to despatch. Wild Wool reserves the right to decline any order without reason being given. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Wild Wool and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Wild Wool, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Wild Wool acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Wild Wool or may be cancelled by you.
We collect online payments through Paypal, but you do NOT need a Paypal account to make an online purchase with us. We can also accept credit cards/debit cards over the phone, and if you would prefer to pay this way, please don't hesitate to get in touch by phone or email. All prices shown on this website are quoted in GBP £ Sterling and are inclusive of V.A.T where applicable (credit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).
DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
DAMAGES & REFUNDS
Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase and we will try and supply a substitute or offer a refund. Every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, so please contact us if anything is damaged in transit.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COURTS OF JURISDICTIOn
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

Every care is taken to represent the colour of products as accurately as possible, however, we are unable to account for differences in individual screen & monitor settings. Wild Wool reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site. Wild Wool does not guarantee the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be responsible for the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and won't share your details with any third parties. We won't sell it, loan it or barter with it. We will keep it safe and secure. We keep records of all Paypal payments and orders taken over the phone. So in this way, we retain your name, address and email address, however, we make a promise not use it for any reason other than to contact you in reference to an outstanding purchase or enquiry.
