Information for our customers


All weekday orders received before noon will, subject to availability, be dispatched within 2 working days (unless you have selected our next-day before 1pm delivery service). If you need your order even more quickly, please call us on 07723 325547 or email info@welovewildwool.com and we will see if there is a way to get it to you faster. Whilst I am working at the markets orders can take a few extra days .


We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.



You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason, up until the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, we will normally refund payments made by you within 10 days.



If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen, then you can return them to us within 2 weeks of the dispatch date.

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will exchange or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. Exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. In the case of refunds, except where the item is faulty, you will be reimbursed for the full value of the item(s), but not for the original shipping charges. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.


Please note that items that have been washed on an inappropriate washing machine setting, when the care instructions state clearly not to do so, will not be eligible for return. Socks cannot be returned once opened.

When returning items please obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please be patient with us over Christmas as we are often extra busy at Christmas markets, so our response time may be slightly slower than normal.



To help you with Christmas presents, we offer an extended returns/exchange window over this period. Orders placed between 15th November and 10th December will be accepted for exchange or refund by 10th January the following year. In all other respects our standard policy is unaltered.




In doing so, you are supporting a growing company that in turn supports local wool suppliers, British makers, fairtrade and recycled products.
